After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, 狄昆傲 managed to get in a good position for a shot. E.C. Galera's supporters rose to their feet, but 狄昆傲 was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anderson Laguna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juvenal Zanette took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xu Le Shu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match SRP-Laguna got a corner. E.C. Galera's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Emirşah Öktemer ran over to the corner to take the kick. SRP-Laguna's Emirşah Öktemer was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Juvenal Zanette in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After having played for 14 minutes, Vygantas Vyšniauskas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. E.C. Galera's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vygantas Vyšniauskas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Doriva Goiano got a throw-in 16 minutes in the game and the ball was received by 狄昆傲. 狄昆傲's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anderson Laguna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. E.C. Galera's Juvenal Zanette played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xu Le Shu in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xu Le Shu in the 21st minute of play forced E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Igor Vander kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Xu Le Shu in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juvenal Zanette prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 33 minutes into the match, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anderson Laguna narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Xu Le Shu to strike the kick off in the second half. Anderson Laguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Igor Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 60th minute Igor Vander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anderson Laguna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SRP-Laguna's He Bing Jie quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Doriva Goiano, made in the 66th minute of the game. 狄昆傲's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anderson Laguna read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. SRP-Laguna's Frasier Crane was substituted for Xu Le Shu. SRP-Laguna's Anderson Laguna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 狄昆傲 in the 83rd minute of play. Barbaros Seçkin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 84thth minute, Juvenal Zanette skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 88 minutes into the game, E.C. Galera's 狄昆傲 nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anderson Laguna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. In the 95th match minute, E.C. Galera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Killian Cruzado to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by M. Agus 董卓 in the 97th minute of play forced E.C. Galera's goalkeeper Juvenal Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
