Corinthians Paulista's Dé Töpper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Daniel Anaya made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Fırat Aytekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sancar Gazel went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Evandro Trancoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Daniel Anaya made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, S.C. Corinthians Paulista's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Cardoso came free, but Fırat Aytekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
