An unexpectedly hard shot by Dé Montenegro in the 16th minute of play forced UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's goalkeeper Pedro Paulo Berger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 21st minute, Dé Montenegro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nilmar Coelho to make the kick off. Pedro Paulo Berger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wesley Travassos hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Valdomiro Duarte succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-15 in the 93rd playminute. In the 96th minute, UNƗÃØ ĐΔ CΔƗXΔ ₣C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luiz Eduardo Alcântara fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valdomiro Duarte in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pedro Paulo Berger prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
