The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. RÖK's Aybars Cihannur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Furo Furenbrink in the 4th minute of play. Furo Furenbrink fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aybars Cihannur having to interfere. When Váldson Arruda fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Ferrari's protests and gave Váldson Arruda a yellow card for diving instead. In the 12th match minute, S.C. Ferrari was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Váldson Arruda to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gergely Bollobás in the 14th minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Aybars Cihannur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Furo Furenbrink in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aybars Cihannur prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aybars Cihannur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gergely Bollobás in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Tjark Heerdt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aybars Cihannur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gergely Bollobás, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aybars Cihannur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Acácio de Andrade, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After 27 played minutes S.C. Ferrari got a freekick which was hit by Váldson Arruda. The RÖK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aybars Cihannur should have stopped the shot. A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jarrett Hogan hit a great ball. Furo Furenbrink blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aybars Cihannur having to make a save. After the first half S.C. Ferrari were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Furo Furenbrink was the one to do the kick off. Charles Laguna might have been able to make a better finish in the 52nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zhang Chang Yang. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Laguna ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to S.C. Ferrari getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Acácio de Andrade hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Furo Furenbrink in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aybars Cihannur saved RÖK from getting behind. In the 58thth minute of the game Furo Furenbrink who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RÖK's Aybars Cihannur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. S.C. Ferrari were awarded a corner in the 59th minute after RÖK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Acácio de Andrade took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Acácio de Andrade got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Aybars Cihannur quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aybars Cihannur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Furo Furenbrink in the 61st minute of the match. Ferrari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Furo Furenbrink was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. RÖK made a substitution. Marcinho Brasil replaced Charles Laguna. Ferrari's zone, Marcinho Brasil stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zhang Chang Yang came out of the goal and Marcinho Brasil tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. S.C. Ferrari played a much better game than RÖK and deserved their victory. The RÖK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
