The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Casimiro Loi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Turi, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Gerardo Turi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Julian Nabar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Vigilancia FC's Joaquin Lucila got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 19th minute Gerardo Turi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Loi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anquincila's Casimiro Loi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Turi in the 22nd minute of play. Anquincila's Julian Nabar got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Anquincila's Fernando Elixio got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Federico Hustaz hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. If Gerardo Turi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Vigilancia FC getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Remigio Ubendu hit a great ball. Vigilancia FC's Jacobo Sidoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Federico Hustaz in the 39th minute of play. Casimiro Loi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Frederik in the 47th minute of the match. Federico Hustaz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnulfo Frederik was the one to do the kick off. Julian Nabar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Sidoro having to interfere. Arnulfo Frederik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Casimiro Loi made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Gerardo Turi sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Frederik in the 66th minute of play forced Anquincila's goalkeeper Casimiro Loi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute, Gerardo Turi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Through an outstanding action, after 72 minutes, Casimiro Loi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Casimiro Loi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Frederik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Vigilancia FC's zone, Julian Nabar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Sidoro came out of the goal and Julian Nabar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vigilancia FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
