Spectators: 7101 (Terracing: 5327, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 141) When Damaso Orkatz fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cerrito's protests and gave Damaso Orkatz a yellow card for diving instead. Luciano Iztal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Martin Ursino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laureano Iago tried to clear up in front of the goal, but didn't succeed and rather the ball rolled into the own goal to the right of a despaired Martin Ursino. An unnecessary self made goal, 0-1 in the 9th minute. A hard shot 14 in the game by Fausto Medero from a close distance when the talented Cipriano Ilazki managed to make a qualified save. Cerrito's players were relieved. Severo Urtsin hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Luciano Iztal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Martin Ursino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Cerrito's Luciano Iztal in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aguilar FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 31st match minute, Aguilar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laureano Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. After 32nd play minutes Elpidio Fonda shot 0-2, a short shot which went by Martin Ursino and just under the crossbar into goal. Cerrito's Gregorio Bastia got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute Edgard Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Ilazki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Nereo Teofilio's late challenge caught a Cerrito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nereo Teofilio helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Aguilar FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Nereo Teofilio hit a great ball. 54 minutes into the match, Aguilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gregorio Bastia came free, but Martin Ursino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaac Gaufred hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Aguilar FC's Edgard Bernard got a free kick in the 59th minute. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Luciano Iztal took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Martin Ursino to make any attempt to save it. With his leg Martin Ursino managed to avoid a goal in the 68thth minute, when Cerrito's Elpidio Fonda fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Cerrito booed when Aguilar FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Oriche didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 minutes of play Cerrito's Damaso Orkatz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 78th minute, Silverio Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st match minute, Aguilar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nereo Teofilio to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Aguilar FC's zone, Gregorio Bastia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Martin Ursino came out of the goal and Gregorio Bastia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gregorio Bastia struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Martin Ursino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cerrito. Edgard Bernard might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cipriano Ilazki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgard Bernard ran back to his position shaking his head. Cerrito's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
