The Los Carniceros fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when Los Carniceros's Amerigo Toccaceli looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Garza FC's Virgilio Felo pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 7 minutes into the game, Gabriel Illart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Carniceros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garza FC the free kick. Gabriel Illart kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. If Arnoldo Patxi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jesus Garoa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amerigo Toccaceli in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the game, Zeledon Orti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jesus Garoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Humberto Kepa hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Jesus Garoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeledon Orti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th match minute, Garza FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damian Ariando to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amerigo Toccaceli in the 36th minute of play forced Garza FC's goalkeeper Jesus Garoa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute, Zeledon Orti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jesus Garoa was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. 42 minutes into the match, Los Carniceros's goalkeeper Roberto Giraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Humberto Kepa. Los Carniceros's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Arnoldo Patxi scored to the left of an out of position Roberto Giraldo, making the score, 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Humberto Kepa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Los Carniceros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Ospetsu to maneuver through the defense. Roberto Giraldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Kepa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amerigo Toccaceli in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jesus Garoa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 57th play minute Amerigo Toccaceli came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jesus Garoa. 1-5. 61 minutes into the match, Garza FC's goalkeeper Jesus Garoa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amerigo Toccaceli. 65 minutes into the game, Victorio Xabier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Carniceros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Garza FC the free kick. Victorio Xabier hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Cristo Urti was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 66th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Amerigo Toccaceli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Jesus Garoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Garza FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zeledon Orti came free, but Jesus Garoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Garza FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Damian Ariando hit a great ball. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Garza FC's goalkeeper Jesus Garoa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Humberto Kepa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amerigo Toccaceli who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 91stth minute tested the skills of Jesus Garoa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Amerigo Toccaceli received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jesus Garoa came out and tried to block the shot, but Amerigo Toccaceli slotted it home off the left post making it 1-6 in the 94th minute. Los Carniceros played a much better game than Garza FC and deserved their victory. The Garza FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
