But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Olayo couldn't finish the play. Ramiro Javiar made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Modesto Olayo sent off a good shot on target. Victoriano Txartiko took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramiro Javiar. Ramiro Javiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Ramiro Javiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Modesto Olayo in the 62nd minute of the match. In the 67th minute, Cantadero's Amado Inautzi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Amado Inautzi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Cantadero protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Amado Inautzi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 67 minutes into the game, one of Cantadero:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave San Lorenzo de Almagro a penalty, 69 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Modesto Olayo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Cantadero's Ramiro Javiar. 3-1. Angel Pueblo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Tomas Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 94th minute, Siro Nesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The San Lorenzo de Almagro fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cantadero had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
