After a defensive mix-up in Niquivil's zone, Rodrigo Braña stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fermin Tristan came out of the goal and Rodrigo Braña tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Feliciano Restu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Indios Kilme's supporters rose to their feet, but Feliciano Restu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fermin Tristan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, Indios Kilme was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Everton Ribeiro to maneuver through the defense. Damian Berart took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Shepherd, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 minutes into the match, Niquivil's Justo Shepherd sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damian Berart narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justo Shepherd was the one to do the kick off. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Niquivil's goalkeeper Fermin Tristan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damian Berart made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Vellito in the 94th minute. Niquivil's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
