Evelio Ongile received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Blas Corderall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Evelio Ongile in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Blas Corderall prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Severino Etxekopar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Ugutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Etxekopar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Virgilio Ugutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Severino Etxekopar in the 38th minute of play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 45 minutes into the game, when Baldomiro Leizarraga put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of CACTUSIS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Saguier AFC:s goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Severino Etxekopar to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severino Etxekopar in the 54th minute of play forced CACTUSIS's goalkeeper Virgilio Ugutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
