After 32 played minutes EDATEAM got a freekick which was hit by Ceferino Otsoa. In the 33rd minute, Andres Vimaro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Club Deportivo San Juan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After the first half Club Deportivo San Juan were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Benjamin Arce made a kick off. Ali Güralp Orbey made in the 53rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tiburcio Ostadar however managed to control. In the 54th minute, Lucio Pedroso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mateo Mingo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Mateo Mingo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zachary Kaczanek in the 58th minute of the match. Mateo Mingo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Carlos Salguero in the 60th minute of play. Mateo Mingo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucio Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Lucio Pedroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Mateo Mingo made a huge save. Gaspar Ferran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Mingo having to interfere. Benjamin Arce's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Lino Odon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, EDATEAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ceferino Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. Lucio Pedroso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Mingo having to interfere.
