Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1630, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palavecino's goalkeeper Leonides Onbera, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 11 minutes into the match, Palavecino's goalkeeper Leonides Onbera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Joaquin Roldanillo. If Victor Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th minute of the match Florencio Ferman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Astor Savier skillfully saved the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Correa's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Eutropio came free, but Astor Savier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 26th minute, Enzo Ereinotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Alvaro Bemabe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Astor Savier was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. Astor Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victor Eutropio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute, Victor Eutropio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Astor Savier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Ereinotz in the 45th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Enzo Ereinotz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Palavecino were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nereo Aguirre to strike the kick off in the second half. Enzo Ereinotzs short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Astor Savier to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 67th minute of the match, Enzo Ereinotz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Astor Savier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 68 minutes into the match, Correa's goalkeeper Astor Savier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Eutropio. Leonides Onbera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nereo Aguirre, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Palavecino were awarded a corner. Florencio Ferman went to the cornerflag to take it. Baltasar Jayvier tried in the 75th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Astor Savier a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-3. Correa's Astor Savier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Correa from getting a goal against them. If Victor Eutropio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute of the match Baltasar Jayvier shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leonides Onbera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Astor Savier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Ereinotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Victor Eutropio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palavecino's supporters rose to their feet, but Victor Eutropio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Savier breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Victor Eutropio came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Palavecino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Eutropio couldn't finish the play. The Correa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Palavecino were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
