When Mariano Clis, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 9 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Leonides Onbera was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Anibal Talamanca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Ereinotz in the 11th minute of the match. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Enzo Ereinotz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Anibal Talamanca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Ereinotz in the 18th minute of play. A hard shot 26 in the game by Victor Eutropio from a close distance when the talented Anibal Talamanca managed to make a qualified save. Rincon's players were relieved. An unexpected shot in the 29th minute by Victor Eutropio got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Rincon's Mariano Clis got a good chance for a goal in the 34th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Enzo Ereinotz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Anibal Talamanca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With his leg Anibal Talamanca managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Palavecino's Victor Eutropio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Enzo Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Ereinotz in the 43rd minute of play forced Rincon's goalkeeper Anibal Talamanca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victor Eutropio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Talamanca having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a defensive mix-up in Rincon's zone, Enzo Ereinotz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anibal Talamanca came out of the goal and Enzo Ereinotz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Ereinotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Talamanca read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 89th minute of play. Rincon's Anibal Talamanca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enzo Ereinotz in the 90th minute of play. The supporters of Rincon booed when Palavecino was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victor Eutropio didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Rincon players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Palavecino from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
