Cesar Erramu came out of the goal and Feliberto Baleren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. El Perla Negra were furious when Danilo Ciceron was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 14 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for El Perla Negra! In the 17th minute there was a penalty for DanielsonD. Norberto Aznar stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cesar Erramu. 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Roman Oxel managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Perla Negra's supporters rose to their feet, but Roman Oxel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Menendo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. El Perla Negra's Cesar Erramu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leon Christobal in the 22nd minute of play. Roman Oxel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. DanielsonD's Benigno Menendo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Hotz in the 28th minute of play. Roman Oxel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Menendo having to interfere. El Perla Negra's Roman Oxel got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benjamin Guilabertus kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Eustacio Loramendi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Benigno Menendo made a huge save. 46 minutes into the match, DanielsonD's goalkeeper Benigno Menendo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Amadeo Hotz. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilfredo Osoitz to strike the kick off in the second half. When Feliberto Baleren fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DanielsonD's protests and gave Feliberto Baleren a yellow card for diving instead. In the 58th minute, Roman Oxel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benigno Menendo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Loramendi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Loramendi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amadeo Hotz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Menendo having to interfere. Benicio Azubeli might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benigno Menendo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Benicio Azubeli ran back to his position shaking his head. If Benicio Azubeli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roman Oxel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Benigno Menendo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
