Abel Erroman took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Godofredo Pacifico. Godofredo Pacifico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Godofredo Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Abancens in the 9th minute of play forced Nestor&Cristina FC's goalkeeper Godofredo Pacifico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godofredo Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 14th minute, Antonio Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Los patos's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Milio came free, but Miguel Tabby reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los patos's goalkeeper Miguel Tabby, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raimundo Abancens sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Alejandro Milio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Tabby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th minute, Hugo Eneko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Godofredo Pacifico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raimundo Abancens in the 32nd minute of the match. Miguel Tabby showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Eneko, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 42 played minutes Hugo Eneko rounded Los patos's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Antonio Arias was the one to do the kick off. Nestor&Cristina FC were furious when Elia Pardini was red carded, 54 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Elia Pardini kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Mete Verga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nestor&Cristina FC's Alejandro Milio got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Mete Verga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nestor&Cristina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mete Verga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Tabby breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Godofredo Pacifico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonio Arias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82nd minute Mete Verga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Tabby saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mete Verga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Tabby having to interfere. When Ismael Remicio came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Nestor&Cristina FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Remicio couldn't finish the play. Los patos were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Nestor&Cristina FC's much stronger midfield.
