The ball went over the crossbar instead. 33 minutes into the match, Fernando Danel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Gartzen. toncho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fernando Danel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. 42 minutes into the match, toncho's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Danel came free, but Leonardo Gartzen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernando Danel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Gartzen having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Fernando Danel took a quick shot and it went in 0-5 without a chance for Leonardo Gartzen to make any attempt to save it. In the 55th match minute, Paulito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abelardo Canor to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Paulito's Fernando Danel dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. After a defensive mix-up in toncho's zone, Cesar Erramu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leonardo Gartzen came out of the goal and Cesar Erramu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind toncho's goalkeeper Leonardo Gartzen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Fernando Danel fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 70th match minute, Paulito was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Paio to maneuver through the defense. Paulito's Fernando Danel got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fernando Danel struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Leonardo Gartzen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paulito. Fernando Danel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Leonardo Gartzen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Paulito's Cesar Erramu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leonardo Gartzen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 84 minutes into the game, Fernando Danel lined in a short shot 0-7 behind a frustrated Leonardo Gartzen. Leonardo Gartzen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Canor, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Gaudencio Estevez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonardo Gartzen having to interfere. Fernando Danel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fernando Danel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leonardo Gartzen having to make a save. In the 99th minute, Cesar Erramu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Leonardo Gartzen was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8.
