Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Moctezuma's Natalio Acuña started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute Ezequiel Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Flor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute, Cayetano Mambru hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Gutxi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amador Udalaitz in the 8th minute. Ezequiel Corderun scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Flor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moctezuma's Gabriel Gutxi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Moctezuma from getting a goal against them. Vela AFC's Federico Blanco pulled a muscle in his leg after 15 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Alonzo Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Vela AFC's Robustiano Berart got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Vela AFC's Dario Nel got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Ceferino Sanduru came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Vela AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ceferino Sanduru couldn't finish the play. Gabriel Gutxi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Udalaitz in the 25th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Vela AFC's zone, Horacio Senio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Flor came out of the goal and Horacio Senio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the game, Moctezuma's Natalio Acuña nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Flor made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Ezequiel Corderun scored 0-3 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Flor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ezequiel Corderun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Corderun in the 35th minute of play. Ezequiel Corderun took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nicolas Flor. Nicolas Flor dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Vela AFC's Nicolas Flor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natalio Acuña in the 40th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Horacio Senio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Flor was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. In the 43rd minute Ceferino Sanduru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Gutxi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Vela AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Acuña came free, but Nicolas Flor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

After some careless play in the Vela AFC defense, Alonzo Federigo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nicolas Flor. The Vela AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nicolas Flor should have stopped the shot. After 58 minutes of play, Vela AFC's Ceferino Sanduru made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Gutxi was left in no man's land by his defense there! A hard shot 61 in the game by Horacio Senio from a close distance when the talented Nicolas Flor managed to make a qualified save. Vela AFC's players were relieved. Ezequiel Corderun scored 1-6 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicolas Flor, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moctezuma's Gabriel Gutxi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ceferino Sanduru in the 65th minute of play. Nicolas Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Acuña in the 66th minute of play. Vela AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Hugo Hernando scored to the left of an out of position Nicolas Flor, making the score, 1-7. In the 79th minute, Natalio Acuña left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Moctezuma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-8. Nicolas Flor made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Alonzo Federigo sent off a good shot on target. Nicolas Flor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonzo Federigo in the 85th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Vela AFC's goalkeeper Nicolas Flor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Horacio Senio. Nicolas Flor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. When the match had gone on for 89 minutes, Natalio Acuña took a quick shot and it went in 1-9 without a chance for Nicolas Flor to make any attempt to save it. Gabriel Gutxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ceferino Sanduru, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. In the 95thth minute of the game Ezequiel Corderun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vela AFC's Nicolas Flor was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Vela AFC getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Rodrigo Pietro hit a great ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Moctezuma eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
