In the 44th match minute, Rompe Redes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Baldomero Gudesteo to maneuver through the defense. Bernardino Bemabe might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Peruanton. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bernardino Bemabe ran back to his position shaking his head. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

53 minutes into the match, Tapalqué's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Olando came free, but Francisco Gartzea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Efrain Cibran fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 55th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ciro Olando in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Gartzea prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Rompe Redes FC's Severiano Precioso got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Benjamin Peruanton made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andres Maurino in the 63rd minute. When Baldomero Gudesteo fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rompe Redes FC's protests and gave Baldomero Gudesteo a yellow card for diving instead. Benjamin Peruanton made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Bemabe in the 69th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Reginaldo Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Joel Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Francisco Gartzea tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cordairo Gimenez's late challenge caught a Rompe Redes FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cordairo Gimenez helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rompe Redes FC booed when Tapalqué was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cordairo Gimenez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute, Tapalqué's Andres Maurino dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Tapalqué's Ezequiel Manni got a free kick in the 93rd minute.
