Benito Garaona who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Rick Cranenburgh when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Natalio Levenchuk charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Natalio Levenchuk the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Natalio Levenchuk hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benito Garaona stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, C.A.PIOJOSOS's goal looked a bit too open when Benito Garaona came free, but Rick Cranenburgh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jesus Prejun struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Rick Cranenburgh didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for River Play. Israel Abreu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Achille Cacciatore having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Jesus Prejun notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of C.A.PIOJOSOS's Rick Cranenburgh. Rick Cranenburgh was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, C.A.PIOJOSOS's Natalio Levenchuk got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Benito Garaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
