The audience was convinced that Herminio Izel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Franco was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Cristian Madeo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mateo Macias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the match, Elisa's Herminio Izel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dante Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mateo Macias kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Herminio Izel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tunal's Dante Franco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 40 minutes into the game, Matias Resto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Cristian Madeo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dante Franco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donato Firman in the 43rd minute. After a rather tough play, Tunal's Hernan Aires got a free kick in the 44th minute. A hard shot 46 in the game by Herminio Izel from a close distance when the talented Dante Franco managed to make a qualified save. Tunal's players were relieved. Mateo Macias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristian Madeo having to interfere.

Baldomiro Aureo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tunal's Dante Franco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herminio Izel in the 56th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herminio Izel in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Franco saved Tunal from getting behind. Dante Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atilano Izotz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 64th minute, Wilfredo Fagildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Herminio Izel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Herminio Izel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atilano Izotz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the match, Herminio Izel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dante Franco. Tunal's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Herminio Izel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Donato Firman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 79 played minutes Tunal got a freekick which was hit by Wilfredo Fagildo. After 81 played minutes Tunal got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Macias. The supporters of Elisa booed when Tunal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Damaso Etxatxu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, Elisa's goalkeeper Cristian Madeo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Matias Resto. With a little luck, Elisa's Cristian Madeo got control of the ball when Mateo Macias tried to sneak it across the goal line. 97 minutes into the game, Atilano Izotz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Dante Franco was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Elisa had played much better football throughout.
