Médanos AFC's Paolo Ofelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Frasco in the 17th minute of play. Celso Bingen kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Frasco in the 26th minute of play forced Médanos AFC's goalkeeper Paolo Ofelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ramiro Gutierrez hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Daniel Frasco recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 33 minutes of play, Sarmiento FC's Cornelio Ulizes made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Paolo Ofelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cornelio Ulizes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Daniel Frasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Sarmiento FC booed when Médanos AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Gai didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Frasco to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Cornelio Ulizes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Frasco in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Ofelio saved Médanos AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Médanos AFC booed when Sarmiento FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Incendio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sixto Montez's shot from long distance in the 58th minute was not bad at all, but Sarmiento FC's Benicio Romelio knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelio Ulizes in the 60th minute of play forced Médanos AFC's goalkeeper Paolo Ofelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Ofelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Frasco in the 66th minute of the match. Ramiro Gutierrez kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Daniel Frasco's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paolo Ofelio was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. In the 72nd minute, Daniel Frasco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Paolo Ofelio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Médanos AFC's Paolo Ofelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Ulizes in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th match minute, Médanos AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Celso Bingen to maneuver through the defense. Cornelio Ulizes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Ofelio having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Cornelio Ulizes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sarmiento FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cornelio Ulizes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Ofelio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 83rd minute of the match Ramiro Gutierrez completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ramiro Gutierrez a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Paolo Ofelio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornelio Ulizes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cornelio Ulizes in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paolo Ofelio saved Médanos AFC from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, Sarmiento FC's Daniel Frasco sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paolo Ofelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91stth minute of the game Daniel Frasco who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Médanos AFC's Paolo Ofelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Médanos AFC booed when Sarmiento FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Tximitx didn't get a good kick on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Médanos AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Sarmiento FC.
