Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Paulino Ovando took the kick off in the first half of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulino Ovando in the 10th minute of play forced APM's goalkeeper Luis Ubarna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Enaut made in the 13th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by APM's Felix Lon. In the 15th match minute, Espinillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedro Enaut to maneuver through the defense. The corner ended in Diego Telesforo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but APM's Luis Ubarna did a great save. In the 25th minute, Paulino Ovando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Dionisio Honrio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Paulino Ovando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to APM getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Ramon Jakes hit a great ball. Luis Ubarna came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Espinillo FC's Paulino Ovando. But to his dismay, Paulino Ovando quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

APM's Eleuterio Abad shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 53rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Zeledon Gartzi but with some difficulty. 55 minutes into the match, APM's goal looked a bit too open when Paulino Ovando came free, but Luis Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Enrique Argi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Florencio Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, APM's Felix Lon got a free kick in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd match minute, APM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dionisio Honrio to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Gaudencio Bitxintxo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 69 minutes into the game, Espinillo FC's Paulino Ovando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luis Ubarna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Luis Ubarna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Ovando in the 75th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, APM's Dionisio Honrio got a free kick in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Ovando in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luis Ubarna saved APM from getting behind. After 83 minutes, Paulino Ovando made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. APM's Luis Ubarna tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Paulino Ovando sped through APM's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Luis Ubarna. After a defensive mix-up in APM's zone, Enrique Argi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Ubarna came out of the goal and Enrique Argi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Espinillo FC booed when APM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Honrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, APM's Dionisio Honrio got a free kick in the 97th minute. Espinillo FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
