Dario Fidensio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Justino Ralondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cachí AFC's Justino Ralondo got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, Eliseo Argi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dario Fidensio. Arano AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eliseo Argi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With his leg Donato Tohias managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Arano AFC's Armando Benino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Dario Fidensio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Ralondo in the 21st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cachí AFC's Roque Frutos got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Armando Benino succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 25th playminute. After a defensive mix-up in Arano AFC's zone, Justino Ralondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dario Fidensio came out of the goal and Justino Ralondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 31 played minutes Arano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isidoro Hitz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Justino Ralondo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dario Fidensio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 37 minutes into the match, Cachí AFC's goalkeeper Donato Tohias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Armando Benino. In the 38th minute, Ezequiel Paskal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dario Fidensio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justino Ralondo in the 42nd minute of the match. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Justino Ralondo was the one to do the kick off. Arano AFC's Armando Benino got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Armando Benino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donato Tohias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. After 59 minutes of play, Arano AFC's Armando Benino made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donato Tohias was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice moves Arnaldo Licerio could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Dario Fidensio however easily saved by the left post. After a rather tough play, Arano AFC's Arsenio Jerold got a free kick in the 64th minute. Eliseo Argi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Dario Fidensio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arano AFC's Dario Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Justino Ralondo in the 74th minute of play. Arnaldo Licerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 played minutes Arano AFC got a freekick which was hit by Martin Demario. The long shot by Roque Frutos in the 77th minute really tested Dario Fidensio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Eliseo Argi might have been able to make a better finish in the 80th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dario Fidensio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Argi ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80th minute, Eliseo Argi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Justino Ralondo struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Dario Fidensio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachí AFC. Cachí AFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Arano AFC to leave the ground with a draw.
