Hernan Ricart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Ventarrón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Grigore Ichim to maneuver through the defense. Enzo Salvator took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Bastiaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Bastiaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Salvator having to interfere. Curtidor F.C's Enzo Salvator played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Bastiaro in the 47th minute of play. In the 47th minute, Eustacio Bastiaro made a precise shot to the right of Enzo Salvator. Curtidor F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a rather tough play, Curtidor F.C's Jaime Remicio got a free kick in the 54th minute. Ventarrón's Damaso Hernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 73 minutes in the game Osvaldo Astudillo did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Simon Aimar. Thanks to some nice moves Eustacio Bastiaro could shoot a difficult shot in the 76th minute, which Enzo Salvator however easily saved by the left post. Osvaldo Astudillo made in the 77th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Simon Aimar. Osvaldo Astudillo hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 87th minute, but Enzo Salvator got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Curtidor F.C hanging dry this time.
