If Santiago Motta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clemente Argina came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Victorio Oxarra could save by the left post. Desiderio Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavius Ştefoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Atlas:s Desiderio Loren showed great skill when he stopped Flavius Ştefoi:s penalty. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Diego Orlanda to strike the kick off in the second half. Desiderio Loren made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Diego Orlanda sent off a good shot on target. In the 80th minute, Diego Orlanda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Casablanca played a much better game than Atlas and deserved their victory. The Atlas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
