Tomás Ayala started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute Tomás Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Bartolo Larpe notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's Luiz Fernando Quadros. Luiz Fernando Quadros was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gertjan Kromkamp got free with Freddy Baladi in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Ayala came free, but Luiz Fernando Quadros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luiz Fernando Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Bartolo Larpe scored 0-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Luiz Fernando Quadros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Luiz Fernando Quadros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bartolo Larpe in the 24th minute of the match. In the 25th minute, Bartolo Larpe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KATO UNITED fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 28th match minute, KATO UNITED was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Ayala to maneuver through the defense. 37 minutes into the match, Bartolo Larpe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fernando Quadros. ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bartolo Larpe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 44 minutes, Tomás Ayala made it 0-6 with a short kick to the right side. ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's Luiz Fernando Quadros tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 48th minute Tomás Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nunez Paez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's Luiz Fernando Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Ayala in the 51st minute of play. Bartolo Larpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute, ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bartolo Larpe fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Tomás Ayala struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Luiz Fernando Quadros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KATO UNITED. Esteve Balesio hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Tomás Ayala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luiz Fernando Quadros having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nunez Paez in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Freddy Baladi saved KATO UNITED from getting behind. ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C's Luiz Fernando Quadros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Ayala in the 67th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Lico to maneuver through the defense. If Tomás Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Esteve Balesio took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luiz Fernando Quadros. Luiz Fernando Quadros dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. In the 77th minute Tomás Ayala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fernando Quadros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lucas Vincente during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C booed when KATO UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Vincente didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, KATO UNITED's Esteve Balesio got a free kick in the 81st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nunez Paez in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Freddy Baladi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luiz Fernando Quadros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Ayala, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ambrosio Nerio charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ambrosio Nerio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ambrosio Nerio hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the game, KATO UNITED's Tomás Ayala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Luiz Fernando Quadros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-8. Tomás Ayala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luiz Fernando Quadros read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. KATO UNITED played a much better game than ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C and deserved their victory. The ICTERICIA INSTESTINAL F.C players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
