In the 40th minute Narciso Atauri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Beat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bragado F.C.'s Tomás Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Domingos Eleazar in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Bragado F.C. booed when Quitilipi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Braulio Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Bragado F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Quitilipi AFC were winning 0-2.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Narciso Atauri got free with Tomás Beat in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliseo Gomesano's late challenge caught a Quitilipi AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eliseo Gomesano helped the player get up and apologised. After 76 played minutes Bragado F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Gomesano. Tomás Beat made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Norberto James sent off a good shot on target. Tomás Beat was a little too slow when Isidro Montez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 82nd minute. The score was now 0-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Narciso Atauri in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Beat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Bragado F.C. booed when Quitilipi AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto James didn't get a good kick on the ball. Oscar Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. A hard shot 96 in the game by Norberto James from a close distance when the talented Tomás Beat managed to make a qualified save. Bragado F.C.'s players were relieved. After a rather tough play, Bragado F.C.'s Eliseo Gomesano got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Bragado F.C. fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Quitilipi AFC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
