In the 2nd minute Americo Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the game, Americo Bieito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. David Abancens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 9 minutes into the match, Americo Bieito notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of ATENAS RCFC's David Abancens. David Abancens was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 18 minutes of play, Timbres F.C.'s Blas Hustaz made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. David Abancens was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Hustaz in the 21st minute of play forced ATENAS RCFC's goalkeeper David Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 22nd minute Romeo Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Abancens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Sergio Martxel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jesus Ubendu. Sergio Martxel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After some careless play in the ATENAS RCFC defense, Remigio Vimaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Abancens. The ATENAS RCFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Abancens should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Americo Bieito's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Abancens was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. David Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestoras Egonidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the game, Blas Hustaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. David Abancens was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the ATENAS RCFC defense, Remigio Vimaro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Abancens. The ATENAS RCFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Abancens should have stopped the shot. When Nestoras Egonidis came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Timbres F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nestoras Egonidis couldn't finish the play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tiburcio Mirande made a kick off. If Kev Blake had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to ATENAS RCFC getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Sergio Martxel hit a great ball. The supporters of Timbres F.C. booed when ATENAS RCFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ruben Pelagius didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th match minute, Timbres F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Bieito to maneuver through the defense. ATENAS RCFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when Remigio Vimaro scored to the left of an out of position David Abancens, making the score, 1-7. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigio Vimaro in the 72nd minute of play forced ATENAS RCFC's goalkeeper David Abancens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Abancens made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Hustaz in the 74th minute of play. David Abancens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remigio Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ATENAS RCFC's David Abancens proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save ATENAS RCFC from getting a goal against them. David Abancens was a little too slow when Americo Bieito got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 79th minute. The score was now 1-8. ATENAS RCFC's Ruben Pelagius got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Americo Bieito got free with David Abancens in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 87th minute, Timbres F.C.'s Blas Hustaz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. Americo Bieito blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without David Abancens having to make a save. After 91 played minutes Remigio Vimaro rounded ATENAS RCFC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-10. Timbres F.C.'s fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
