The referee ignored Ranqueles's protests and gave Godofredo Macerio a yellow card for diving instead. Ituzaingó FC's Sydney Chaves was substituted for Edgar Sundin. After 8 played minutes Ranqueles got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Macerio. With a little luck, Ituzaingó FC's Apolo Dalmu got control of the ball when Santos Figueroa tried to sneak it across the goal line. Constantino Manilan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Desiderio Tabb tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Ituzaingó FC booed when Ranqueles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godofredo Macerio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Felix Bernaldo scored 0-1 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Desiderio Tabb, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Constantino Manilan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Desiderio Tabb was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Ranqueles defense, Constantino Manilan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Desiderio Tabb. The Ranqueles fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Desiderio Tabb should have stopped the shot. Eugenio Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Constantino Manilan to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Ituzaingó FC's zone, Santos Figueroa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Apolo Dalmu came out of the goal and Santos Figueroa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Desiderio Tabb made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Constantino Manilan sent off a good shot on target. Desiderio Tabb didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 56th minute, which inside left pole to 0-3. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ranqueles reached it. After a rather tough play, Ituzaingó FC's Isaias Arlo got a free kick in the 74th minute. With a little luck, Ranqueles's Desiderio Tabb got control of the ball when Constantino Manilan tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celestino Eusko in the 82nd minute of play forced Ranqueles's goalkeeper Desiderio Tabb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes of play, Ituzaingó FC's Constantino Manilan made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Desiderio Tabb was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sydney Chaves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Apolo Dalmu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Figueroa, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Constantino Manilan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ituzaingó FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
