The supporters of El Gran ROCCO FC booed when Rincón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adan Basajaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvio Muc in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Froila prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 21stth minute of the game Silvio Muc who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rincón's Eriberto Froila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Rincón's Celestino Abeitia got a free kick in the 24th minute. Fermin Licerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Cecilio Virila made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Jakue got free with Cecilio Virila in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 played minutes El Gran ROCCO FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvestre Gorbea. Rincón's Aaron Galindo got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, El Gran ROCCO FC's Cecilio Virila got control of the ball when Ruperto Jakue tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half El Gran ROCCO FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Eriberto Froila made an important save on a dangerous shot by Silvio Muc in the 59th minute. In the 64th minute Tomás Cai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eriberto Froila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rincón's Iker Artaldo was substituted for Ubaldo Betadur. Rincón made a substitution. Constantino Martxel replaced Ruperto Jakue. Rincón's Feliciano Goizeder got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 70th play minutes Constantino Martxel shot 1-1, a short shot which went by Cecilio Virila and just under the crossbar into goal. After some careless play in the El Gran ROCCO FC defense, Fermin Licerio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cecilio Virila. The El Gran ROCCO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cecilio Virila should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in El Gran ROCCO FC's zone, Feliciano Goizeder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Virila came out of the goal and Feliciano Goizeder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 82nd minute, Feliciano Goizeder got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Herminio Millrick hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute of the match Aaron Galindo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Virila skillfully saved the ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Fermin Licerio put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cecilio Virila. Fermin Licerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Cecilio Virila tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cecilio Virila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Martxel, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Rincón's Celestino Abeitia got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cecilio Virila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Martxel in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Rincón players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
