In the 23rd minute, Corralito got a penalty, and Roberto Errando placed the ball unsaveable into goal, by the right post. A collision led to Trigales getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Armando Mel hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ambrosio Quintana in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sebastian Itzaina prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ambrosio Quintana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Felipillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sebastian Itzaina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Quintana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ramiro Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ambrosio Quintana in the 46th minute of play forced Trigales's goalkeeper Sebastian Itzaina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Ambrosio Quintana made the kick off in the second half. Severo Rosalio hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Ambrosio Quintana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Corralito booed when Trigales was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimiro Bertin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jorge Sabin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute of the game, Dionisio Indartsu landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. 95 minutes into the game, Nereo Felipillo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Corralito's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Trigales the free kick. In the 96th minute, Nereo Felipillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Corralito walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
