Santo Sandalio hit a great ball. In the 4th minute of the match Lucas Lordi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gonzalo Phelipe skillfully saved the ball. Gonzalo Phelipe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Ovando, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Gonzalo Phelipe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erubiel Belmiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Torkild Dyval showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Al Zarqawi F.C's Leonardo Peruanton got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Leonardo Peruanton struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Erubiel Belmiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Al Zarqawi F.C. Tornchaya Pornsaptaveekoon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Belmiro having to interfere. When Jose Policarpio fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. Erubiel Belmiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Corby, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Al Zarqawi F.C's Torkild Dyval got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Torkild Dyval fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erubiel Belmiro having to interfere. Al Zarqawi F.C's Domingo Rami was substituted for Karl Corby. Al Zarqawi F.C's Damian Lizardi was substituted for Cosme Eder. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Erubiel Belmiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torkild Dyval went, in the 55th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Torkild Dyval in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Erubiel Belmiro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Leonardo Peruanton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erubiel Belmiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torkild Dyval in the 68th minute of the match. Torkild Dyval struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. In the 85th minute, Al Zarqawi F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eriberto Urtsua fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 86 minutes into the match, Al Zarqawi F.C's goalkeeper Gonzalo Phelipe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eriberto Urtsua. Federico Ovando recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gonzalo Phelipe made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eriberto Urtsua in the 90th minute. Gonzalo Phelipe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Ovando in the 92nd minute of play. 94 minutes into the match, Federico Ovando dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gonzalo Phelipe, 3-2. In the 97th minute, Nelson's Federico Ovando dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Al Zarqawi F.C players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
