Eulalio Cordarius was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 15th minute, Hernan Cesario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Gabino in the 18th minute of play forced Levante U.D.'s goalkeeper Eulalio Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Cordarius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Castray in the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Adan Charro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eulalio Cordarius. Levante U.D.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adan Charro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Guillelmo was the one to do the kick off. Eulalio Cordarius made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Jimeno Gabino sent off a good shot on target. Atilano Goiz might have been able to make a better finish in the 55th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mateo Abeitia. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Atilano Goiz ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Vikingos FC booed when Levante U.D. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eulalio Eusko didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Charro in the 59th minute of play forced Levante U.D.'s goalkeeper Eulalio Cordarius to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eulalio Cordarius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leopoldo Patxi in the 68th minute. Levante U.D.'s Eulalio Cordarius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Levante U.D. from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Levante U.D.'s Atilano Goiz got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Levante U.D.'s Eulalio Cordarius played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Charro in the 95th minute of play. Vikingos FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
