Ruperto Gamus took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agustin Chano. Agustin Chano dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruperto Gamus to make the kick off.
