The tension between the Venezolanos FC and the Maquinas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of Venezolanos FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Maquinas FC:s goal. The goalkeeper, Gervasio Chorache, was totally fooled by Maquinas FC's Miklós Dósa, who 16 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. When Cleto Gutierrez fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Venezolanos FC's protests and gave Cleto Gutierrez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Venezolanos FC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Miklós Dósa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Maquinas FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Miklós Dósa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gervasio Chorache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 41st minute, Victorio Kinsen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maquinas FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. After 45 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezolanos FC! When the match had been going on for 46 minutes, Maquinas FC's Miklós Dósa got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gervasio Chorache.

When Vinicio Madaleno fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maquinas FC's protests and gave Vinicio Madaleno a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Vinicio Madaleno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miklós Dósa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gervasio Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miklós Dósa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezolanos FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Chorache, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Maquinas FC fully deserved thier win.
