Horacio Maxin scored 0-2 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gervasio Chorache, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Anacleto Columbo hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Casimiro Quinten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Gervasio Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gervasio Chorache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Maurin, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Casimiro Quinten came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the ShoHoku FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Casimiro Quinten couldn't finish the play. Casimiro Quinten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Gervasio Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Horacio Maxin might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gervasio Chorache. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Maxin ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Marcelo Mattin made the kick off in the second half. Horacio Maxin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Chorache having to interfere. Americo Emeterio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Horacio Maxin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Venezolanos FC defense, Horacio Maxin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gervasio Chorache. The Venezolanos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gervasio Chorache should have stopped the shot. Casimiro Quinten blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gervasio Chorache having to make a save. Gervasio Chorache made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Sebastião Gomes sent off a good shot on target. Gervasio Chorache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Quinten, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute.
