Gooooal FC's Tomás Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Honesto in the 11th minute of play. Jairo Xabier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Lino Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Bordat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Gooooal FC fans' excitement grew in the 21st match minute when Gooooal FC's Jairo Xabier looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Saverio Bordat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Gooooal FC's Jairo Xabier in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laguna's goalie prevented a goal. Severo Hurko sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Honesto in the 32nd minute of play forced Gooooal FC's goalkeeper Tomás Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Juvenal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saverio Bordat in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute, Rigoberto Honesto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Laguna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 40th minute Saverio Bordat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomás Juvenal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomás Juvenal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saverio Bordat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Hermengildo Faron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Honesto in the 45th minute of play forced Gooooal FC's goalkeeper Tomás Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46thth minute of the game Severo Hurko who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gooooal FC's Tomás Juvenal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Severo Hurko made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Rigoberto Honesto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 60th minute, Rigoberto Honesto made a precise shot to the right of Tomás Juvenal. Gooooal FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. A collision led to Laguna getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Severo Hurko hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Jairo Xabier had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Lino Mingo. Laguna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jairo Xabier was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. Tomás Juvenal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Honesto in the 70th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Gooooal FC's zone, Aristides Matro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tomás Juvenal came out of the goal and Aristides Matro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Laguna's Saverio Bordat sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomás Juvenal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rigoberto Honesto in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomás Juvenal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Rigoberto Honesto came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Laguna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Honesto couldn't finish the play. Tomás Juvenal stood somewhat misplaced when Rigoberto Honesto came free in front of goal and shot 2-4 to the left of him in the 81 minute. In the 84th minute, Laguna's Hermengildo Faron dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-5. Gooooal FC's Tomás Juvenal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Severo Hurko in the 90th minute of play. Tomás Juvenal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Severo Hurko's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. When Rigoberto Honesto came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Laguna fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rigoberto Honesto couldn't finish the play. The Gooooal FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Laguna were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
