A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Chalanta's goal looked a bit too open when Silvano Ourente came free, but Roman Mikelar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roman Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvano Ourente in the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Silvano Ourente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bernardino Esquipula hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvano Ourente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 minutes, Jonathan Osoro made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Chalanta's Roman Mikelar tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafael Chorache hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, Chalanta's Bernardino Esquipula broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. After a rather tough play, Bazán FC's Jonathan Osoro got a free kick in the 86th minute. Silvano Ourente received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Roman Mikelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 96th match minute, Bazán FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafael Chorache to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute of the match Chalanta got a corner. Bazán FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Bernardino Esquipula ran over to the corner to take the kick.
