In the 4th minute, Bruno Gitano made a precise shot to the right of Dalmacio Urtun. Marini FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Marini FC's Dalmacio Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Pello in the 7th minute of play. In the 8th minute Amador Haitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Delfino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicolás Ferrari got free with Jesus Delfino in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Elvio Peter fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vedia AFC's protests and gave Elvio Peter a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Vedia AFC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Peter. Marini FC's Dalmacio Urtun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Peter in the 15th minute of play. Santos Pello scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dalmacio Urtun, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmacio Urtun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Gitano, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. 37 minutes into the game, Nicolás Ferrari recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jesus Delfino. Nicolás Ferrari showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Dalmacio Urtun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santos Pello in the 44th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Marini FC's Prospero Mannie got a free kick in the 75th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Marini FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Gitano came free, but Dalmacio Urtun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ivan Espiridion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Marini FC's Dalmacio Urtun got control of the ball when Santos Pello tried to sneak it across the goal line. Vedia AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
