Pastillos AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rogelio Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Astor Oihan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nepes AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Arnoldo Cibran scored to the left of an out of position Astor Oihan, making the score, 1-1. A very good chance. Rogelio Beremundo might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Astor Oihan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rogelio Beremundo ran back to his position shaking his head. Astor Oihan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Israel Azubeli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rogelio Beremundo in the 74th minute of play forced Nepes AFC's goalkeeper Astor Oihan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nepes AFC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Pastillos AFC had controlled the match.
