In the 18th match minute, sepike was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Iratxo to maneuver through the defense. Baltasar Benino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ambrosio Cuartio having to interfere. When Rodrigo Orlan came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Saldungaray fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Orlan couldn't finish the play. sepike's Ambrosio Cuartio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Benino in the 68th minute of play. Sixto Ponce kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Ambrosio Cuartio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Orlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Cuartio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baltasar Benino in the 75th minute of the match. Rodrigo Orlan took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ambrosio Cuartio. Ambrosio Cuartio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 90 minutes into the game, Saldungaray's Rodrigo Orlan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ambrosio Cuartio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rodrigo Orlan in the 98th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ambrosio Cuartio saved sepike from getting behind. When the referee ended the match the Saldungaray players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
