Lucas Ourente didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Praia dos Ingleses FC defense, Ivan Montes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jorge Haritzeder. The Praia dos Ingleses FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jorge Haritzeder should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Praia dos Ingleses FC's zone, Ivan Montes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Haritzeder came out of the goal and Ivan Montes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 27 minutes into the match, Praia dos Ingleses FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ksawery Kochowski came free, but Jorge Haritzeder reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ksawery Kochowski hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Ivan Montes took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jorge Haritzeder. Jorge Haritzeder dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Severino Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Haritzeder having to interfere. Ferro de Ciudadela's Erubiel Hanni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Ferro de Ciudadela from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Praia dos Ingleses FC's Andres Arnalt got a free kick in the 47th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ksawery Kochowski made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Ksawery Kochowski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Ksawery Kochowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ksawery Kochowski got free with Jorge Haritzeder in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ivan Montes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jorge Haritzeder having to make a save. When the match had gone on for 67 minutes, Ksawery Kochowski took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Jorge Haritzeder to make any attempt to save it. Jorge Haritzeder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Quirze, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Praia dos Ingleses FC's Jorge Haritzeder proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Praia dos Ingleses FC from getting a goal against them. Ksawery Kochowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Jorge Haritzeder made a huge save. When the match was over Ferro de Ciudadela could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Praia dos Ingleses FC throughout the match.
