Angel Botello sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 0-1 became the score in the 8th minute when Fulgencio Lia elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Hector Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Lia in the 10th minute of play. If Fulgencio Lia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Tobias Estebano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hector Lopez was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Constantino Naike received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Ignacio Mingo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Lopez came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Memino's Fulgencio Lia. But to his dismay, Fulgencio Lia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 22nd minute Gualterio Walme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hector Lopez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hector Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Gergori in the 29th minute of play. Hector Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Gergori, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gualterio Walme during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 32 played minutes Club Atlético Memino got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Walme. Hector Lopez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fulgencio Lia, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Fulgencio Lia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Eustaquio Gergori came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Club Atlético Memino fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eustaquio Gergori couldn't finish the play. After the first half Club Atlético Memino were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hector Lopez made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Guaberto Ugaitz sent off a good shot on target. Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Fulgencio Lia scored to the left of an out of position Hector Lopez, making the score, 0-5. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Justino Shepherd managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Justino Shepherd was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignacio Mingo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Guaberto Ugaitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Hector Lopez made a huge save. Hector Lopez made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Gualterio Walme sent off a good shot on target. Angel Botello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignacio Mingo having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Justino Shepherd hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Lopez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Gergori in the 90th minute of play. 92 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s goalkeeper Hector Lopez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Guaberto Ugaitz. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fulgencio Lia in the 93rd minute of play forced Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s goalkeeper Hector Lopez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Guaberto Ugaitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Hector Lopez made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Barrilete Cosmico F.C.'s zone, Fulgencio Lia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hector Lopez came out of the goal and Fulgencio Lia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Barrilete Cosmico F.C. supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Club Atlético Memino's performance. The match ended with a win for Club Atlético Memino.
