Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eulalio Ixaka kicked off to start the match. When Eulalio Ixaka came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Luján FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eulalio Ixaka couldn't finish the play. In the 6th minute Eulalio Ixaka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Aresti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Clemente Mannie made a great header on Luján FC's corner, it was just that CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's Emilio Aresti managed to reach the ball for a save. Aldo Rivero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Emilio Aresti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Apolo Tano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emilio Aresti was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. 15 minutes into the game, Rolando Valerio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Horacio Taurino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Eulalio Ixaka struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Emilio Aresti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Luján FC. In the 27th minute, Eulalio Ixaka reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Emilio Aresti. The goal made the score 1-1. Clemente Mannie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moises Txurio kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Rolando Valerio hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacinto Valery in the 41st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Horacio Taurino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Valerio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of CF Huanchilla Quilmes booed when Luján FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Rivero didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eustacio Galtero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Horacio Taurino having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

In the 53rd minute, Apolo Tano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Luján FC! An unexpectedly hard shot by Clemente Mannie in the 63rd minute of play forced CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's goalkeeper Emilio Aresti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 68 minutes into the match, CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Ixaka came free, but Emilio Aresti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the match, Clemente Mannie had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Aresti. CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Clemente Mannie was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. With his leg Horacio Taurino managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when CF Huanchilla Quilmes 's Jacinto Valery fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Apolo Tano hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After 83 played minutes Jacinto Valery rounded Luján FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 3-4. Eulalio Ixaka sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 92 minutes into the match Jacinto Valery climbed in front of goal and pressed up 3-5 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Horacio Taurino. The CF Huanchilla Quilmes supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CF Huanchilla Quilmes would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
