An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Abajas in the 61st minute of play forced boca juniors's goalkeeper Herminio Guillelmo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Quenomá FC's Lino Omero got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 69 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for boca juniors! In the 70th minute there was a penalty for Quenomá FC. Lino Omero stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Herminio Guillelmo. 4-1. If Lino Omero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quenomá FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
