Filomeno Gartxot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Frances in the 11th minute of play. Gilberto Frances fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gartxot having to interfere. Haroldo Tabor kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 17th minute, Desiderio Argenis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filomeno Gartxot was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. When Anastasio Domeka came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the SAN DIEGO fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Domeka couldn't finish the play. Jacinto Branco struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Silvio Anaya didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SAN DIEGO. 25 minutes into the match, SAN DIEGO's goal looked a bit too open when Desiderio Argenis came free, but Filomeno Gartxot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Desiderio Argenis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Gartxot having to interfere. In the 31st minute, Desiderio Argenis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Silvio Anaya came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by SAN DIEGO's Anastasio Domeka. But to his dismay, Anastasio Domeka quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Desiderio Argenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Anastasio Domeka made the kick off in the second half. Silvio Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anastasio Domeka in the 52nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Loch Ness FC's zone, Leopoldo Burutzagi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvio Anaya came out of the goal and Leopoldo Burutzagi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 60 played minutes SAN DIEGO got a freekick which was hit by Jacinto Branco. Desiderio Argenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filomeno Gartxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Frances in the 65th minute of the match. Silvano Gilen charged in rather forcefully in the 67th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Gilen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 68 played minutes Gilberto Frances rounded SAN DIEGO's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-2. A collision led to Loch Ness FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Gilberto Frances hit a great ball. Anastasio Domeka's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Silvio Anaya read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. The supporters of SAN DIEGO booed when Loch Ness FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benjamin Jerrold didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had been going on for 77 minutes Feliberto Endura shot a great shot from long distance. It looked like a certain goal, but the audience witnessed a really smashing save by Silvio Anaya when he caught the ball only just under the crossbar. If Jacinto Branco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 minutes of play, SAN DIEGO's Anastasio Domeka made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Silvio Anaya was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leopoldo Burutzagi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. When Domingos Eliazar fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Loch Ness FC's protests and gave Domingos Eliazar a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Domingos Eliazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
