But to his dismay, Federico Mannie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When Benedicto Semeno came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Andalgalá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Semeno couldn't finish the play. Andalgalá FC's Cecilio Guib played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Primeiro in the 12th minute of play. In the 15th minute Vladimiro Lluc shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Incendio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guampacha's Adolfo Incendio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save Guampacha from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Guampacha getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Celso Millrick hit a great ball. When Andalgalá FC's Vladimiro Lluc in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Adolfo Incendio came out and tried to block the shot, but Vladimiro Lluc slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 33rd minute. 38 minutes into the match, Guampacha's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Lluc came free, but Adolfo Incendio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Victoriano Primeiro to make the kick off. Adolfo Incendio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Guampacha's Lázaro Rayman was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 62nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. When the match clock showed 70 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Vladimiro Lluc sped through Guampacha's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Adolfo Incendio. Vladimiro Lluc might have been able to make a better finish in the 75th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Adolfo Incendio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vladimiro Lluc ran back to his position shaking his head. If Vladimiro Lluc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guampacha's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vladimiro Lluc was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. If Federico Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cecilio Guib made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celso Millrick in the 96th minute. Vladimiro Lluc sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Andalgalá FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
