Llanelli Scarlets's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Pradal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ihazintu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Kamiare FC booed when Llanelli Scarlets was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Breogan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Donato Tancredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicolas Lauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. When Saverio Bihar fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Llanelli Scarlets's protests and gave Saverio Bihar a yellow card for diving instead. Donato Tancredo had in the 38thth minute some difficulties stopping Teodosio Chumo's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fulgencio Fernandez in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Donato Tancredo saved Llanelli Scarlets from getting behind.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Pradal stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Pradal struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Kamiare FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Pradal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Teodosio Chumo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Kamiare FC's zone, Jonathan Pradal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ihazintu came out of the goal and Jonathan Pradal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 91 minutes, Teodosio Chumo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kamiare FC and the Llanelli Scarlets players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 91st minute, Teodosio Chumo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cristian Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, Llanelli Scarlets's Zanko Konev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ihazintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
