The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Omar Gonzalez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Leoiar, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. If Javier Dacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Omar Gonzalez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Taurino in the 12th minute of the match. Recoleta's Patricio Leoiar got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, OASIS's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Taurino came free, but Omar Gonzalez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th match minute, A.A. Recoleta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Felo to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by Raimundo Marz in the 31st minute really tested Santos Mambru's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Marcos Leoiar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Omar Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Omar Gonzalez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcos Leoiar in the 37th minute of the match. Rolando Eguzki's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Santos Mambru firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 41st minute, Sebastian Estavan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 44 played minutes A.A. Recoleta got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Taurino. Santos Mambru didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rolando Eguzki went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Javier Dacio to make the kick off. Santos Mambru came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by OASIS's Rolando Eguzki. But to his dismay, Rolando Eguzki quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Maximo Taurino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Omar Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Javier Dacio might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santos Mambru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Javier Dacio ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcos Leoiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 69 played minutes OASIS got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Kepa. The crowd rose to their feet as A.A. Recoleta's Marcos Leoiar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Omar Gonzalez. That made the score 2-1 after 72 minutes of play. After 76 played minutes OASIS got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Sasoin. In the 77th minute, Haroldo Sasoin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 81st minute, Siro Osoro had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 81 minutes into the game, Samuel Serafo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. OASIS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.A. Recoleta the free kick. Samuel Serafo hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Haroldo Sasoin got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 85th match minute, OASIS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haroldo Sasoin to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Rolando Eguzki got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rolando Eguzki in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Mambru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Javier Dacio in the 92nd minute of play forced A.A. Recoleta's goalkeeper Santos Mambru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Simon Todor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The OASIS support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
