In the 12th minute 董川平 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Casomiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tiburcio Saturnin kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Atilano Bihar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Pierres in the 20th minute of play. Aşkın Kocak could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Isaac Casomiro made a huge save. Estudiantes LP's supporters rose to their feet, but Aşkın Kocak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isaac Casomiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Isaac Casomiro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 董川平 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. Isaac Casomiro was a little too slow when 董川平 got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 3-1.

The supporters of Estudiantes LP booed when Gálvez was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiburcio Saturnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Casomiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 董川平 in the 60th minute of the match.
